If we cannot fix your device, you pay nothing. We will return your device and give you an honest assessment of your options — whether that is data recovery, selling for parts, or upgrading to a refurbished replacement from our shop.
Yes — we only use genuine or premium compatible parts sourced from certified suppliers. We never use cheap aftermarket parts that could damage your device further. All parts come with their own warranty.
