We use a transparent 3-tier grading system. Every listing clearly shows its grade.
The best condition we offer. Grade A units have minimal to no cosmetic marks. May have very light signs of prior use that are barely visible. All hardware is fully functional — battery holds a strong charge, screen has no dead pixels or cracks, keyboard and trackpad work perfectly.
Grade B units are in good working condition. They may have light scratches, small scuffs, or minor cosmetic marks from everyday use — but nothing that affects performance. Ideal if you want reliable performance at a lower price point.
Grade C units are cosmetically more worn but fully functional. They may have visible scratches, marks, or minor dents — but pass all technical tests. Perfect for those who prioritise performance over appearance, or for technical use.
