Condition Grading Policy

We use a transparent 3-tier grading system. Every listing clearly shows its grade.

A
Excellent — Grade A

The best condition we offer. Grade A units have minimal to no cosmetic marks. May have very light signs of prior use that are barely visible. All hardware is fully functional — battery holds a strong charge, screen has no dead pixels or cracks, keyboard and trackpad work perfectly.
